These configurations provide the power and stability needed to run your operations. Please contact us for configuration guidance for your company. We can help you determine if your existing hardware is capable of effectively running Keystone.

Important Notes

  • Windows desktop “S” versions are NOT supported.
  • Windows Server Essentials/Small Business Server versions are NOT supported.
  • Windows Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) must be disabled on the drive containing Keystone.
  • Accounting, Dispatch, and GPS database files to avoid database corruption.
  • Anti-virus/anti-malware scanning must be disabled on all database files to avoid corruption.
  • Additional CPU cores and RAM are required on the server when using Remote Desktop and/or other applications on the same server.
  • Keystone FX and Datascope require additional RAM on each workstation where they are used.
  • A reliable high-speed Internet connection is required at each separate location where Keystone is installed for support purposes.
  • A hard-wired network connection is required for all servers and workstations. Workstations using VPN, remote, and/or wireless network connections must be configured to run Keystone using Remote Desktop to maintain data integrity.
