Important Notes
- Windows desktop “S” versions are NOT supported.
- Windows Server Essentials/Small Business Server versions are NOT supported.
- Windows Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) must be disabled on the drive containing Keystone.
- Accounting, Dispatch, and GPS database files to avoid database corruption.
- Anti-virus/anti-malware scanning must be disabled on all database files to avoid corruption.
- Additional CPU cores and RAM are required on the server when using Remote Desktop and/or other applications on the same server.
- Keystone FX and Datascope require additional RAM on each workstation where they are used.
- A reliable high-speed Internet connection is required at each separate location where Keystone is installed for support purposes.
- A hard-wired network connection is required for all servers and workstations. Workstations using VPN, remote, and/or wireless network connections must be configured to run Keystone using Remote Desktop to maintain data integrity.
